So is Dr. Jill Biden an official participant at the G7? Joe Biden should be representing the USA. Dr. Jill was not elected to any position, and why is she identified as a U.S. government official?

Maybe Dr. Jill is preparing a briefing book for hubby @POTUS @JoeBiden that he can't even read from.
